The Career Development Center directly guides three student associations: the Student Career Development Association, the Student Grassroots Public Sector Development Research Association, and the Student Association for Global Governance and International Organizations.

Student Career Development Association: This Association is dedicated to enhancing the career development capabilities of current students and helping every Tsinghua student discover their career interests, find opportunities to improve their abilities, and reap the benefits of an ideal career.

Student Association for Global Governance and International Organization: By gathering all kinds of information and opportunities related to international organizations, this Association is dedicated to providing a platform for students who are interested in internship and work in international organizations to help themselves and support each other.

Student Employment Services Association：The association is committed to building an exchange platform for students in school to obtain employment information and provide employment guidance and services. It also provide students with rich opportunities for corporate communication, smooth alumni communication channels, real-time industry development trends, and diverse employment resources.
