2、The career assessment can analyze my personality characteristics in such a short time and through the computer?
First of all, the validity of the assessment is related to many factors, including the number and quality of test questions, the interference of the test environment, and the factors of the test taker (such as motivation, physical and mental state).
The quality of the questions: The questions of the career assessment are repeatedly selected, tested and adjusted by experts, and the reliability is verified to be above 0.80.
Number of questions: There are 187 questions in the assessment, which can guarantee the validity of the assessment.
Although the assessment report is generated by computer, it is based on a manual report that has been the work of consultants and assessment experts for many years.
3、Can the test be completed in parts? What kind of mindset do I need to have to answer the questions?
To ensure accuracy, the system requires the assessment to be completed in one sitting.
You should maintain calmness and answer with your first feeling (intuition) rather than choosing the answer you think is right, and there is no right or wrong answer.
4、Shouldn't I know what I should do after doing the career assessment?
It should be clear that psychometric tests are not a panacea, and the assessment cannot replace you in making decisions; it is only an auxiliary tool that can help you understand your personality, aspirations, interests, abilities, etc. in a clearer and more objective way.
It is up to you to make the best and most appropriate decision based on your own characteristics, interests, abilities, environmental factors, family and other factors, combined with the results of the assessment, rather than relying entirely on the assessment.
