Individual counseling (on- campus counselors)
The Career Development Center has nearly 30 counselors who provide personalized counseling to students. The counselors will help students analyze their interests, personality traits, abilities and strengths to choose a suitable career development direction, and discuss with them about how to deal with difficulties and challenges that they will encounter during career selection and job search. So that to help them improve their problem-solving skills, discover their strengths and increase their confidence in achieving their dreams.
Career counseling can help you in the following areas:
- Self-understanding: helping you gain insight into your interests, personality traits, abilities and strengths, as well as your perceptions of the meaning and value of life.
- Career exploration: discussing with you tips for gathering career information and helping you improve your ability to collect career information for precise positioning in the professional learning and career world.
- Direction selection: helping you adopt a rational, scientific approach to analyze and compare multiple options for development in order to make appropriate decisions.
- Resumes and interviews: helping you revise resumes for further education, internships and job hunting, and conduct mock interviews for the above-mentioned situations.

Fengliang Li, PhD (Education Economics), professor of the Graduate School of Education, Tsinghua University. He teaches courses on "Education and Employment" and "Education Economics" ,engaging in research on the relationship between education and employment.

Jin Lin, PhD., Associate Professor, Department of Electrical Engineering, Tsinghua University. He has been engaged in technology research and industrialization in the field of power and energy for a long time. He visited and conducted joint research work in Europe and America.

Daliang Wang, PhD, associate professor of the Department of Basic Medicine, Tsinghua University School of Medicine. She worked in the hospital as attending physician; then engaged in doctoral and postdoctoral scientific research in molecular biology at the University of Tokyo, Japan. Returning to Tsinghua in 2008, she currently teaches histology, pathology and other courses. In scientific research, she focuses on the field of tumor pathology. She is the deputy head of the postgraduate working group of the party committee of the hospital.

Fang Zhang, Ph.D., associate professor/doctoral supervisor in the School of Environment, Tsinghua University. Her main research focus are groundwater pollution control and the transformation of poor quality groundwater to resources.
