Zhang Chao Studio
Introduction
Established in 2014, “ZhangChao Studio” aims to provide one-to-one consultation on personal career development, public examination policy and examination skills improvement for on-campus peer mentors, postgraduate moral education assistants, students and young alumni who are interested in working in the public sector, key industries and units. At present, this studio has served hundreds of Tsinghua students and young alumni, with a satisfaction rate of nearly 100%. In addition, the studio provides group tutoring, workshops and lectures for classes and societies.
Chao Zhang, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the Party Committee of Tsinghua University, Director of the Career Development Center. Main part-time positions include: Director of Tsinghua University Alumni Association, Member of Teaching Committee of Tsinghua University Student Work System, Director of Beijing University Graduate Employment Promotion Association, Deputy Director and Secretary General of Graduate Career Development Education Committee of China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Association, China Higher Education Executive director of the College Student Management and Employment and Entrepreneurship Research Branch of the Education Society, deputy head of the employment guidance expert group in key areas of the National Employment and Entrepreneurship Steering Committee, secretary-general of the Public Administration and Service Industry Employment and Entrepreneurship Steering Committee. He has won honors such as Beijing Outstanding League Cadre, Tsinghua University “LinFeng Counsellor” Award, twice won the second prize of Beijing Teaching Achievement Award, and five times won the first prize of Tsinghua University Teaching Achievement Award.
He has set up “Zhangchao Studio” to carry out career counselling, covering more than 1,000 students, and was selected as the first batch of colleges' career counselling characteristic studios and the first batch of Beijing colleges and universities employment guidance famous teacher studios. Presided over or participated in more than ten research projects of the Ministry of Education and Beijing, and the "Social Work Case Seminar" hosted by the Ministry of Education was selected as a high-quality project for college counselors of the Ministry of Education, and published more than ten articles in "Tsinghua University Education Research" and other journals.
Yanlong Li，Male, ethic Han，CCP member, born in May 1992, lecture, Deputy Director of Career Development Center. In August 2010, he entered the Department of Electronic Engineering of Tsinghua University to study, and in 2014, he was recommended to directly study for a doctorate in the Department of Electronic Engineering without examination. During the studies, he served as the peer mentor and secretary of the Youth League Committee of the Department of Electronic Engineering, the deputy director (temporary post) of Experiential Learning Office of the Youth League Committee of the school, and the director of the Association Department of the Youth League Committee of the school. In October 2019, after graduating from the doctoral degree, he worked as a teacher in Tsinghua. He has won honors such as Beijing Outstanding Student Cadre, "Pioneer Cup" Outstanding Grass-roots League Cadre, Tsinghua University "129" Peer Mentor Award, Outstanding Student Cadre, Outstanding Communist Youth League Member, Comprehensive Excellent Second-Class Scholarship, etc
Feng Huang，Male, ethic Han，CCP member, born in September 1993, lecturer, Director Assistant of Career Development Center and Office Director. In August 2012, he entered the Department of Energy and Power Engineering of Tsinghua University to study. In 2016, he was recommended to directly study for a doctoral degree in the Department of Energy and Power Engineering without examination. After graduation inJuly 2021, he stayed at the school for working. During his studies, he served as secretary of the Youth League Committee of the Department of Energy and Power Engineering and director of the Volunteer Service Guidance Center of the Youth League Committee. He has won the national scholarship, Beijing's Merit Student, outstanding graduate, outstanding student cadre, outstanding graduate of Tsinghua University, "12·9" Peer Mentor Award, outstanding student cadre model and other honors.
Ruihao Pan，Male, ethic Han，CCP member, born in January 1994, lecturer, Director Assistant of Career Development Center. In September 2012, he entered the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Wuhan University of Technology to study. In 2016, he was recommended to directly study for a doctorate in the Department of Chemistry of Tsinghua University. During his studies, he served as the head of the special working group for the Tsinghua University’s 110th anniversary of the Youth League Committee, the head of the Organization Department of the Youth League Committee, the vice chairman of the Graduate Student Union, and the deputy head of the Graduate Affairs Working Group of the Party Committee of the Department of Chemistry. He has won the National Scholarship, the Merit Students in Beijing, the Outstanding Communist Party Member of Tsinghua University, the Advanced Individual in Fighting against the COVID-19 Epidemic, the “LinFeng Counsellor” Award, the "12·9" Peer Mentor Award, and the Outstanding Student Cadre Model.
Rao Zhang，Male，Gelo，CCP member, born in September 1995, lecturer, Director of the School-Local Talent Cooperation Department of Career Development Center. In August 2013, he entered the Department of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering of Tsinghua University to study. In 2017, he was recommended to directly study for a doctoral degree in the Department of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering without examination. In June 2022, he stayed at the school for working after graduation. During the studies, he served as the deputy director of the Organization Department of the Youth League Committee of the school (temporary post), the secretary of the Youth League Committee of the Water Conservancy Department, and the leader of the student working group of the Party Committee. He has won honors such as Outstanding Graduates in Beijing, Outstanding Grass-roots League Cadres in Beijing, First Prize for Outstanding Achievements in Moral Education in National Water Conservancy Colleges, Outstanding Communist Party Member of Tsinghua University, Lin Feng Counsellor Award, and Outstanding Student Cadre Model.
