JOB OVERVIEW

1C&B manager

The Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager is responsible for developing and implementing C&B processes for CDNetworks. This role will provide support, guidance and analytical expertise on total compensation practices, policies and programs to enhance the organization’s ability to attract, retain and engage talent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the design, development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefit programmers, policies and procedures for the CDNetworks globally that will support the business strategies.

Lead or participate in C&B projects and activities.

Support the communication with business leaders to obtain necessary endorsement as well as take care of the communication with employees regarding C&B changes and new initiatives.

Responsible for enhancing C&B platform/database and analytical tools to ensure C&B analysis/report in an accurate and timely manner.

Provide advice and support on enquires related to C&B issues.

2HRIS manager

This job contributes to CDNetworks’success by acting as a HR system optimization and implementation expertise focused on the whole overseas business.

Ensures effective delivery of Partner Resources supports and services to all partners in assigned projects, programs and daily system enhancements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide technical and functional expertise in support HR system of SAP, Payroll, Time attendance, Learning, Recruiting &performance management etc.

Lead for HRIS optimization, continued implementation, and downstream interfaces; coordination of project plans for HRIS and integrated systems.

Support the full range of functions of HR systems, including business process configuration, security administration, report development, and related training and communication.

Serve as a partner with internal clients specifically IT and external vendors to find innovative solutions to business needs.

Coordinate the testing and implementation of new or modified functionality and related communications and training.

    - +2 year experienced with operating network

    - +2 year experienced with Juniper/Cisco/Paloalto devices

    - Experienced with network monitoring systems (Opensource)

    - Fluent Chinese and Korean is requiredalso ability in reading and writing in English.Fluent spoken English is a plus.

     

  • Preferred skills and experience (????)

    - A basic knowledge of Linux
    - Ability to program and/or write the scripts(Bash, Python) for automation
    - Certificates of Cisco/Juniper/Paloalto network
