Project Management Trainee

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the preliminary market survey, market analysis, data analysis, business model design and data model construction of the company's products;
2. Responsible for the product structure design, formulate marketing plans, design marketing strategy and iterative ideas for products;
3. Proactively develop online product promotion channels and optimize online marketing platforms;
4. Control the product promotion cost, sales share and data of each link of the business department for effective data analysis and strategy adjustment;
5. Responsible for overall project management and control, and improve project data statistics and analysis.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for daily teaching and student management, and related teaching product upgrades;
2. By analyzing examination questions over the years and combining student data analysis, research new teaching methods and skills in the context of Internet education;
3. Participate in teaching and research and student activities, establish and disseminate college reputation and image;
4. Responsible for teaching satisfaction, regular communication and return visits to students;
5. Flexible teaching, funny and humorous, develop your own teaching style independently.
job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above from key universities;
2. No specialties required, majors in human resources, English, accounting, annotation, project management, finance, advertising, law, psychology, mathematics, international trade, etc. are preferred;
3. Experience in training or stage performance is preferred;
4. Strong verbal organization and expression skills, decent and decent in speaking, Mandarin standard;
5. PPT and public speaking ability are good;

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for solving the problems of students during their studies, and providing professional answers, records and feedback;
2. According to the company's standard process, effectively follow up the students responsible for them and maintain user relationships;
3. Operate students through company APP or other new media methods to improve user activity and satisfaction;
4. Design operational strategies to effectively improve operational efficiency and service quality, and create a learning atmosphere oriented to student services;
5. Actively learn the content of the courses in charge, improve their professional level, and improve service quality.
Qualifications:
1. Good image temperament, good Mandarin;
