Haier group was established in 1984 and it was the first brand of global appliance company. Recently, it has transformed from traditional appliance manufacture to an open entrepreneurship platform. In the internet age, Haier is aimed to transform to the real internet enterprise and build a co-creative win-win ecosystem based on the user-value interaction and integrality as the core competition, being a leader of the age of the Internet of Things.

Through the exploring the business pattern of the internet of things, Haier Group have achieved the steady increase. From the perspective of traditional economic income, the turnover of Haier has reached 2016 hundred million RMB in 2016, which increased 6.8%; and achieved the 203 hundred million profit with increasing of 12.8%. The speed of profit is 1.8 times of the speed of income.

Haier in the southeast Asian

In order to implement the strategy of "Going out, Going In, Going Up", Haier has set up factories and trading companies in five Southeast Asian countries - Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines, respectively, selling refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, TVs and other products. Haier has translated local consumer needs and ideas into reality, based on the "Trinity" of the localization layout strategy, integration of the advantages of high-level product, product innovation and development and localization of manufacturing, and truly achieved the ‘integration of production and marketing’ innovation mode driven by customer demand. The market share of Haier appliance in Southeast Asia grew rapidly and the influence and competitiveness are also rising.

Job Vacancy and responsibility

  1. Marketing manager of Southeast Asian

    1. Responsible for maintaining relationship with customers, developing marketing channels and new customers, achieving sales objective;

    2. Responsible for facilitating opportunities based on customer demand:

      Understand customer-verify opportunity-marketing solution program communication-negotiation-sign contract- implementation;

    3. Monitor and analyze situation of district, industry and marketing, and get know of all kinds of market information and relevant industry policies and information.

  2. Manufacture and technical engineering of Southeast Asian

    1. Manage manufacture plan and avoid superfluous cost

    2. Give suggestion for product design, and help engineer reduce the cost, improve quality and productivity;

    3. Communicate with staff about the change of work flow and optimize operation action;

    4. Simplify material dispose process and improve human engineering, improve safety of production through analyzing recent and proposed work flow;   

    5. Investigate on facility and give suggestion of improving benefits.

Job Requirement

  1. Bachelor degree or above, students from the Southeast Asian who major in marketing, economics, business management, automation, IE, Chinese and so on;

  2. People who are highly self-driven, innovation, thinking, changeling and suffer from stress;  

  3. Good at communication and team work; good learning capacity;

  4. Can speak Chinese and English.
