Company Introduction

Sailun Group Co, Ltd, (stock code: 601058) founded in 2002, with more than 12,000 employees worldwide, is the first company in China’s tire industry to “go out” and set up factories overseas. The company integrates tire research and development, production, sales and service. Sailun has established modern tire manufacturing plants in Qingdao, Dongying, Shenyang, Weifang and Vietnam. It has successively undertaken the construction of "National Rubber and Tire Engineering Technology Research Center Scientific Research Demonstration Base", "National Tire Advanced Equipment and Key Materials National Engineering Laboratory", approved "National Intelligent Manufacturing Pilot Demonstration Enterprise", "National Industrial Internet Pilot Demonstration Enterprise", "National Big Data Industrial Development Pilot Demonstration Project", "National Internet of Things Integration Innovation and Integration Application Demonstration Enterprise", "the first batch of demonstration bases for the recycling of tire resources in China.” In addition, it jointly built the industry’s first artificial intelligence joint innovation center with IFLYTEK, and owns the first domestic tire factory MES system and the first "rubber chain cloud" industrial Internet platform. SailunWorked with FAW Group to build the East China Intelligent Connected Vehicle Test Field proving ground to provide comprehensive intelligent network travel service and Joined hands with China Telecom to build the first 5G Industrial Internet Laboratory in the tire industry. It has formed a technology research and development system with independent intellectual property rights and the ability of sustainable innovation, continuously promoting the healthy development of the industry.

With the responsibility of building an excellent and well-known tire brand in the world, Sailun cooperated with the Around Taklimakan Rally, the D1GP Grand Prix, and achieved strategic cooperation with football clubs such as Valencia CF, West Ham United F.C. Furthermore, it has continuously donated to WCC (World Children's Cancer Charity) since 2015, donated 20 million to Qingdao University of Science and Technology in 2019 as well as contributed 10 million to the prevention and control the epidemic of COVID-19 in early 2020. In 2020, Sailun entered the list of the 500 most valuable brands in China with the brand value of 50.872 billion yuan, ranking 124th, increasing by10.6 billion yuan over last year. 4. Salary and Benefits:

4.1 Salary:

Starting salary and salary increase are determined by individual ability and development potential, without upper limit.

4.2 Benefits:

Housing: provision of accommodation, eligible employees can apply for a housing set in Qingdao (Huangdao District);

Benefits: provision of Qingdao registered permanent residence, social insurance and house fund, free shuttle bus, holiday benefits, annual medical examination, study abroad, etc.
