Guide students to decline blind obedience confronting complex and diverse choices
Alumni Mentor Program: aims to establish an interactive communication platform between students and outstanding alumni. By inviting alumni in prime years with rich industry experience to serve as career mentors, we provide one-on-one industry consulting for our students and guide them to establish proper career values. In 2022, Alumni Mentor Program invited more than 110 outstanding alumni mentors, with an average age of 40, from over a hundred different workplaces, distributed in more than 10 industries such as public management, energy and manufacturing, research and technology, education, and finance. The Career Coaching Program (COACH Program): By inviting senior professionals from governments and enterprises, it bridges the gap between professionals and cutting-edge industries, as well as between students and professionals in the workplace, allowing students to scientifically plan their career development. The 17th Coach Program covers approximately 1350 people, recruiting a total of 21 coaching teams and 12 individual coaches. (Please refer to the corresponding theme flyer page for details)

Career Forum: Here are the most authentic career stories from seniors in various industries. When you are exhausted and at a loss, come and listen to the firsthand experiences from them and you will be cured.
Industry Small Seminar: Invite guests from different corporates and young alumni to share latest industry information and the freshest working experience, which provides a seamless connection between your campus life and career life.
Enterprises Open day: Visiting the enterprises personally is better than just hearing. We will organize students to visit and have on-site discussions with various enterprises, which will help clear out our confusions about the career life.
Facing career development challenges and growing together
The Student Lecturer Group of our association invites peer student as lecturers to provide tutoring resources for both undergraduate and graduate students, including lectures, mock interviews, and one-on-one resume revision on multiple topics such as career planning, industry understandings, interview skills, resume writing, time management, and career manners. We accept group appointments for class activities, party branch activities, club mainstay’s training, and various talent development plans.
Deepening exploration continuously and clarifying choices gradually
Resume Carnival: We will invite corporate guests from different industries, who will communicate with our students one-on-one and face-to-face about the writing and polishing of job resumes, helping students through the autumn recruitment season. In 2022, the 7th Resume Carnival invited over 50 corporate guests and provided customized resume modification suggestions to over 450 students.

Interview 4S store: We assert four standards of S: Standard, Specialized, Strategic, Superior.
We will invite corporate guests and student lecturers to provide students with diverse forms of moot interviews in the behavioral laboratory, which is conducive to review and targeted improvement.
Tailored Clothing & Suits Lending: Organized by the Professional Image Studio of the our association, provide a daily free lending of suits and accessories to students, helping students with the problem of dress code in job interviews, speeches, and other occasions.
Professional Image Workshop: From makeup to dressing, from color matching to single item preference, we provide lectures and practical training courses helping students cultivate both internal and external skills and stand out confidently in job hunting.
International Students’ Salon: We provide lectures on the policies of applying China's Work Visa, Chinese Culture, moot interview in English, and English Resume Workshop, clearing obstacles for international students to get occupied in China.
